Why it matters

What a PPC agency in Cyprus should actually do for you

Most businesses do not need another dashboard. They need someone who decides where the next euro goes, moves it there, and can explain why on one page. That is PPC management: budget allocation across channels, campaign structure, creative, bidding, tracking and reporting, handled every week by the same people.

Cyprus is a small market with its own quirks. Two languages in every category. A tourist season that reshapes demand for half the year. Search volume that runs out fast, so the second and third channel matter earlier than they would in London or Berlin. A PPC agency that only knows Google Ads will hit a ceiling here within months.

We run Google Ads, Meta and TikTok as one plan with one budget and one set of numbers. Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn are added when the audience justifies it. Contracts are month to month, you own every account, and the management fee is separate from media so you always know what you are paying for.

What we run

What PPC management includes

Everything between "we should run ads" and "here is what they made". Nothing is outsourced.

  1. 01

    Google Ads

Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube, structured by intent and margin. Search term reviews and negative lists run weekly from the first day.

  2. 02

    Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram)

Prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns with creative refreshed before fatigue sets in. Conversions API alongside the pixel so results survive iOS and browser limits.

  3. 03

    TikTok ads

Short vertical video built for the feed, tested in small batches and scaled when cost per result holds. Added when your audience is on the platform in numbers.

  4. 04

    Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn

Bing still catches a share of desktop and corporate searches, and LinkedIn is the only reliable route to job titles. Both are added on request when the numbers make sense.

  5. 05

    Budget allocation and planning

A monthly plan that splits media across channels by expected return, adjusted weekly as data comes in. Seasonal shifts are planned in advance rather than discovered afterwards.

  6. 06

    Creative and landing pages

Ad copy in English and Greek, static and video creative briefs, and specific landing page fixes. The click and the page are managed as one job.

Included

How the retainer works

Six things you get every month, whichever channels are live.

A weekly rhythm

Monday is data review and budget moves. Midweek is builds, creative and testing. Friday is the change log and a short note on what comes next.

Weekly change log

Every bid, budget, audience, keyword and creative change is written down with the reason. You can audit our work without asking.

One-page monthly report

Spend, results, cost per result, what changed and what is next. Plain language. It takes five minutes to read and none to decode.

Fee separate from media

You pay the platforms directly for ad spend and pay us a flat management fee. No percentage-of-spend incentive to push your budget up.

Your accounts, your data

Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and GA4 all sit under your ownership. We work through partner access and leave nothing locked.

Month to month

No annual contracts. If the numbers stop justifying the fee, you stop. That keeps us focused on the next thirty days rather than the next renewal.

How we work

How a PPC engagement starts

  1. 01

    Audit and goals

We review existing accounts, tracking and landing pages, then agree the one or two numbers that matter: cost per lead, ROAS, booked calls, revenue. Targets are set against your margins.

  2. 02

    Tracking first

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API and consent mode are set up or repaired before any budget is spent. If tracking cannot be trusted, nothing built on top of it can.

  3. 03

    Channel plan and budget split

Which channels, in what order, with how much. Search usually leads for lead generation, Meta for ecommerce and restaurants, TikTok where the audience is under thirty five.

  4. 04

    Build

Campaigns in English and Greek as separate structures, creative briefs, audiences, naming conventions and conversion actions. Reviewed with you before launch.

  5. 05

    Launch and stabilise

Two weeks of close attention: daily search term and placement checks, creative rotation, early budget corrections. Nothing runs unattended in the learning phase.

  6. 06

    Optimise and scale

Weekly changes logged, monthly plan updated, budget moved toward whatever produces results at the lowest cost. New channels are tested only once the core is stable.

Agency, freelancer or in-house: which PPC option fits?

A freelancer is the cheapest route and can be excellent for a single channel at a modest budget. The risks are availability, cover when they are on holiday, and depth once you need Google, Meta and TikTok running together. Many of the accounts we inherit were set up well by a freelancer and then outgrew them.

In-house makes sense once media spend is large enough that a full-time specialist has enough work and enough data to justify the salary. Below that, an agency gives you two specialists, cover for absences and experience across twenty-plus accounts for less than one hire. We will tell you when in-house is the better call.

What PPC management costs in Cyprus

Two costs, kept apart. Media is paid directly to Google, Meta or TikTok from your own accounts. Our management fee is flat, agreed in advance, and does not rise because your budget did. That removes the incentive to spend more for its own sake.

Most clients start between €1,500 and €3,000 per month in Google Ads media, or €800 to €2,000 on Meta, with a combined plan for anyone running both. We will say plainly if a budget is too thin to produce usable data in your market, and suggest a single channel to start with instead.

Why tracking comes before any campaign

Every bidding strategy, audience and report depends on conversion data. If a form submission counts twice, or a phone call is never counted at all, the platforms optimise toward the wrong thing and the report misleads you. We see this in most accounts we audit.

So the first job on every retainer is a tracking audit and fix: GA4 events, Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API, consent mode for EU visitors, and offline conversion imports where leads close on the phone or in a CRM. Only then does budget go live.

PPC in Greek, English and for markets abroad

Campaigns are built per language rather than translated. Greek and English get their own keyword research, ad copy and landing page recommendations, because search behaviour and quality score both punish machine translation.

Several of our clients sell to the UK, Germany, Israel or the Gulf from a Cyprus base. The same retainer covers international targeting, currency and language layers, and the reporting splits results by market so you can see which countries earn their budget.

FAQ

PPC Management: questions we hear most

If your question is not here, ask. We keep replies short.

Our management fee is a flat monthly amount agreed after the audit, separate from your media budget, which is paid straight to the platforms. Fees scale with the number of channels and the complexity of the account, not with how much you spend.
