Why it matters

What a Facebook Ads agency in Cyprus should actually do for you

Most of the people you want to reach in Cyprus open Facebook or Instagram every day. Restaurants in Limassol, developers in Paphos and clinics in Nicosia all have customers in the same feeds. Meta puts your offer in front of them before they search for it, then retargets the ones who looked but did not buy.

Most Facebook advertising in Cyprus is a boosted post with a €20 budget and a hope. No Pixel, no Conversions API, no conversion event, no retargeting audience. Meta reports reach and engagement because that is all it can see, and nobody can say whether a single sale came from it.

We run Meta the way it rewards: clean tracking first, a full-funnel structure second, then a steady stream of tested creative. The Christmas 2025 restaurant campaign that returned 3.32 times its spend in bookings was built exactly this way, and checked every week.

What we run

Every Meta objective, built for a result you can count

Facebook and Instagram share one auction and one ad account. We choose the objective, placement and audience mix that matches what you sell, then measure it with events that mean something.

  1. 01

    Lead generation campaigns

Instant forms or landing page campaigns optimised for qualified enquiries rather than form fills from the wrong people. Lead quality is fed back into the account so Meta learns who actually converts.

  2. 02

    Sales and catalogue campaigns

Conversion campaigns with purchase events, catalogue ads for dynamic retargeting, and Advantage+ Shopping where the account has enough purchase data to support it. Bids are tied to margin, not revenue alone.

  3. 03

    Retargeting

Website visitors, video viewers, Instagram engagers and customer lists, segmented by how recently and how deeply they engaged. Frequency is capped so the same person is not chased for a month.

  4. 04

    Lookalike and broad prospecting

Lookalikes built from purchasers and qualified leads rather than page likes, tested against Advantage+ audiences to see which finds cheaper customers. Losers are cut, winners get budget.

  5. 05

    Awareness and reach

Used for openings, launches and seasonal pushes where being seen in the right town is the goal. Always paired with retargeting so the spend turns into something measurable.

Included

What every Facebook Ads engagement includes

Six things that separate a managed Meta account from a boosted post.

Pixel and Conversions API

Browser and server events sent together, deduplicated, with event match quality checked. This is how you recover the signal lost to iOS and ad blockers.

Full-funnel structure

Prospecting, retargeting and retention campaigns with separate budgets, so you can see what each stage costs and where to push.

Creative testing every week

New hooks, formats and angles enter rotation each week. Fatigued ads are retired before frequency climbs and cost per result follows.

Greek and English creative

Ads written for each language and audience rather than translated. A Limassol retargeting ad and a tourist-facing Paphos ad should not read the same.

Audience hygiene

Exclusions between campaigns, customer lists refreshed, and lookalikes rebuilt as your first-party data grows.

Reports a business owner can read

Spend, results, cost per result, what changed and what is next. One page. Reach and engagement are footnotes.

How we work

How we take a Meta account from boosted posts to measurable growth

  1. 01

    Audit

We check Business Manager, Pixel health, event setup, audience structure, creative fatigue and attribution settings. You get a written list of what is broken and what is leaking money.

  2. 02

    Tracking

Pixel and Conversions API installed through Google Tag Manager or your platform, events defined for the results you want, verified in Events Manager before launch.

  3. 03

    Strategy and structure

Objectives, audiences and budget split are set against your margins and your part of Cyprus. Prospecting, retargeting and retention get their own campaigns and targets.

  4. 04

    Creative

We brief, produce or direct the first batch of ads in Greek and English: statics, carousels and short video. Each set carries a different angle so the first weeks teach us something.

  5. 05

    Launch and learn

Conservative budgets while campaigns exit the learning phase. Daily checks on delivery, frequency and cost per result for the first two weeks.

  6. 06

    Optimise weekly

Budget moves to winning ad sets, fatigued creative is swapped, audiences are refreshed and every change is logged. Once cost per result holds, budget scales in steps.

What Facebook Ads cost in Cyprus

Meta is an auction, and Cyprus is a small market with many advertisers chasing the same feeds. Costs rise in December, around Easter and through the tourist season, then soften. Cost per lead or sale depends far more on your offer and creative than on the auction.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account and is separate from our fee. Most clients we take on start between €800 and €2,000 per month in media. Single-city restaurants can start lower. Below a certain point campaigns cannot exit the learning phase, and we will tell you if that is where your budget sits.

Instant forms vs landing pages

Instant forms keep people inside Facebook, so cost per lead is lower and volume is higher. The trade-off is quality: fewer steps means less commitment, and sales teams often tell us these leads do not pick up the phone. Landing pages cost more per lead, but the person has read your offer and chosen to act.

We usually test both. High-ticket services such as property, private healthcare and legal advice tend to do better with a landing page and a qualifying question. Restaurants, events and simple bookings do well with instant forms or WhatsApp and Messenger campaigns. The data decides.

Why boosted posts are not a strategy

The Boost button optimises for engagement, offers a fraction of the targeting and no proper conversion tracking. It spends money to get likes from people who were never going to buy. Use it for the occasional announcement and nothing more.

Campaigns built in Ads Manager use the right objective, exclude people who already converted, run on placements that suit the creative, and report on the number that matters. If your Facebook advertising in Cyprus so far has been boosted posts, the upside from doing it properly is usually large.

Working with less signal since iOS 14

Apple’s tracking changes removed much of the data Meta relied on. Reported conversions dropped, attribution windows shrank and retargeting audiences got smaller. Many Cyprus advertisers concluded that Facebook Ads had stopped working. What actually happened is that untracked accounts became invisible.

The Conversions API sends events from your server rather than the browser, so Meta sees purchases and leads the Pixel alone now misses. Paired with broader audiences, more creative variety and first-party customer lists, it restores enough signal for the algorithm to find buyers. That is standard on every account we run.

FAQ

Facebook Ads: questions we hear most

If your question is not here, ask. We keep replies short.

Most of our clients start between €800 and €2,000 per month in ad spend, with the management fee on top. Single-city restaurants and local services can start around €500. We will say plainly if your budget is too thin for campaigns to leave the learning phase.
