How we work

Fast cycles. Clean data.

Six phases, one weekly rhythm. We move quickly, but we do not guess. Every change has a reason and every week has a plan.

  • Month-to-month contracts
  • You own every ad account

The phases

From messy account to measurable growth

PHASE 01

Audit

Before you sign anything

We ask for read-only access to your ad accounts, analytics and tag manager. Then we pull everything apart: campaign structure, match types, search terms, audiences, creative, conversion actions, attribution settings and the landing pages the ads point to.

You receive a written document listing what is wasting budget, what is broken, and what to fix first, ranked by impact. It is free, and many businesses use it to fix things themselves.

What you receive
  • Written audit ranked by impact
  • Tracking health check
  • Recommended channel mix and starting budget
PHASE 02

Fix tracking

Week one

Nothing scales until the numbers are real. We set up or repair GA4 and Google Tag Manager, install the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, configure consent mode for EU rules, and define conversions that match what you actually care about: a booked table, a qualified lead, a paid order.

Where it makes sense we connect offline data too, such as call tracking or CRM stages, so the platforms optimise toward revenue rather than form fills.

What you receive
  • Verified conversion events
  • Consent mode configured
  • Shared measurement plan
PHASE 03

Build

Weeks one to two

A clean rebuild or a surgical restructure, depending on what the audit found. Tight keyword themes in English and Greek, audiences layered by intent, naming conventions that make reports readable, and ad copy with real differentiation.

You approve the structure and the creative before anything goes live. Ad spend stays in your own accounts, paid directly to the platforms.

What you receive
  • Campaign structure for sign-off
  • Ad copy and creative briefs
  • Landing page recommendations
PHASE 04

Launch

Week two

Campaigns go live with conservative bids and daily monitoring for the first two weeks. Search terms, placements and early creative signals are checked every day, because the learning phase is where most budget gets wasted.

What you receive
  • Daily checks for 14 days
  • First negative keyword pass
  • Early performance read-out
PHASE 05

Optimise weekly

Every week after that

One structured test per channel per week: a new angle, a new audience, a bidding change, a landing page tweak. Losers are cut, winners get budget, and every change is written into a log you can read.

Friday brings a one-page report: spend, results, cost per result, what changed, what is next. Two minutes to read. Reply on the same thread with questions.

What you receive
  • Weekly change log
  • One-page weekly report
  • Monthly strategy call
PHASE 06

Scale

Once unit economics are proven

When cost per lead or return on ad spend is stable, budget moves toward what is working, new campaign types and channels are tested, and coverage expands to new keywords, audiences and languages without dragging efficiency down.

If the numbers say a channel will never work for you, we say so and move the budget somewhere that will.

What you receive
  • Quarterly experiment roadmap
  • Budget reallocation plan
  • New channel tests

The rhythm

What a normal week looks like

Weekly, not monthly. Ad platforms change daily and budgets leak fast, so the cadence has to keep up.

MondayReview last week’s data across channels. Flag anomalies.
TuesdayPick this week’s tests. Set targets and budgets.
WednesdayShip changes, launch experiments, update negatives and creative.
ThursdayMonitor early results. Fix anything that drifted.
FridayWrite the one-page report and the change log.

Our promises

Six things you can hold us to

Tracking before spend

We do not raise budgets on numbers we do not trust.

A log of every change

You can see what we did, when, and why, any week you like.

Your accounts, always

Manager access only. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.

Plain-language reports

One page. Spend, results, changes, next steps.

Replies within a working day

Same thread, same people, no ticket queue.

Month to month

We earn next month by what happens this month.

FAQ

Questions about the process

If your question is not here, ask. We keep replies short.

Access to your ad accounts, analytics and website (or your developer), plus a clear goal: leads, sales, bookings or calls. We handle the rest, starting with a tracking audit before any spend goes live.

Next step

Start at phase one. The audit is free.

Send us your account. You get a written audit with the fixes ranked by impact, then you decide.
